  • 4 cups low-sodium chicken or vegetable broth
  • 1 (14-ounce) can diced tomatoes with canning juices
  • 1 large potato, peeled and cut into ¼ inch cubes
  • ½ jalapeno pepper, seeds and ribs removed if you prefer less heat
  • 1 cup chopped green beans
  • 1 medium green bell pepper, sliced
  • ½ cup fresh or frozen corn kernels
  • Kosher salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley or cilantro

Directions

  1. Heat the oil in a soup pot over medium heat.
  2. Add the onion, carrots, and celery. Sauté for 4-5 minutes.
  3. Toss in the garlic and chili flakes. Continue to sauté for another minute or so. Do not let the chili flakes burn.

This full body home workout includes dumbbell exercises for the lower body, upper body and cardio.  To make your leg exercises, butt exercises and plyometric exercises I highly recommend purchasing a set of RESISTANCE BANDS FOR LEGS ON AMAZON ( I found that these are one of best priced and great reviews).


For this workout you should have a pair of 2lb. dumbbells and a set of challenging dumbbells (8to 15 lbs.).  The best way to get results is performing drop sets for all exercises.

Drop sets start with heavier dumbbells that will challenge you for the first 5 to 8 repetitions and then drop down to a lighter weight to finish the complete repetitions.  The first 5 to 8 reps should be very difficult based upon your strength level.

STEP 1: 

Place a tsp. of Earth Balance Butter into a Wok or Frying pan to melt on high heat.  Evenly spread into entire pan.  Crack a farm raised egg.  Let egg white fall out into the pan.  Repeat with 2 more eggs (3 total).

Flip egg whites to cook for another 30 seconds and then pick up with spatula and place on top of cheese and wrap.

Place spatula under wrap and put on a plate.
